Ol' Dirty Bastard is being held without bail in a Philadelphia jail until December 7th. He will have a hearing on that day to determine if he will be extradited back to California or New York. Old Dirty (Russell Jones) escaped a court-ordered drug program in California last month. He was arrested Monday as a fugitive in a McDonald's parking lot in Philadelphia. New York has warrants on him for domestic violence, drugs, and traffic violations. The Wu-Tang rapper was an in patient at the Impact House drug rehab facility in Pasadena, California after doing six months in the county jail for violating his probation. He recently performed with the Wu-Tang Clan in New York City while a fugitive without being arrested despite the presence of several police officers.
