Britney Spears reportedly has a new love, Jason Trewick. Sources say the pop star’s family has approved of the romance because Trewick has a “stabilizing influence” on Spears.

“Jamie (Spears' father) thinks Jason would be a great match for Britney,” says an insider.

Spears and Trewick, who have known one another for several years, made their first public appearance together at a birthday bash for fashion mogul Christian Audigier.

“She always has a thing for bad boys but now she realizes good guys can be attractive, too,” says a witness.
