*Halle Berry has decided to tell the world about the diet and exercise plan she used to shed pounds gained before the March 16th birth of her daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry.
The 41-year-old works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga. Their sessions consist of three cardio segments – the elliptical machine, kickboxing and a stairs or hill climb – as well as a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.
As for her diet, Berry says she eats lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.
