Capitol Records has been sued over the Ice Cube song "Jackin' For Beats." According to TMZ.com, Flo & Eddie, two members of the group The Turtles, have filed a lawsuit against Capitol Records. The duo claim that their 1972 song "Buzzsaw" was sampled in Ice Cube's "Jackin' For Beats." Prior to the recording of "Jackin' For Beats", a deal was signed for the derivative song but Flo & Eddie claim Capitol went beyond the agreement to make more money. The duo wants a minimum judgement of $25,000 but no more than $70,000. "Jackin' For Beats" is from Ice Cube's "Kill At Will" EP.
