For Cameron Diaz, the older, the better.

"I feel I get better with age," the 35-year-old tells the U.K. version of Cosmopolitan.

"I look at pictures of myself when I was 21 and think, 'Wow, I don't look so bad,'" she admits. "But I take more care or myself now, so in a way, I feel like I look better than I did then… I feel stronger and more confident."

Besides getting "work done on [my] nose" following a 2005 surfing accident, Diaz says she hasn't done anything drastic. Check out stars who may have had plastic surgery here.

"I'd never do anything else," Diaz says. "I think beauty comes from the inside."

The one thing that gets her down? When her skin breaks out.

"Sometimes, I'll look in the mirror and be like, 'Damn, where did that that come from?'" She says. "Seriously! I'm 35 years old. When is this going to stop?!"

Diaz, who did the Cosmo interview before her dad's untimely death last month, also talks about how she may never get married.

"There are a lot of ways to approach commitment and relationships – and marriage is just one of them," she says. "I think partnerships are a wonderful thing in whatever form they take, and I definitely want that in my life, whether or not it's in the traditional sense."
