With his hits "Hicktown" and "Johnny Cash," Jason Aldean has plenty of fans across the U.S. blasting his music in their cars. Jason can relate, because like every singer, he’s got his own set of favorites.
At the top of the list is a classic album: Alabama’s Mountain Music.
"It’s my favorite album ever and one of the first albums I ever bought," he told The Birmingham News. "It reminds me of when I was a kid, growing up in Georgia. It was kind of a hotbed for Southern rock music. Alabama plays a mix of Southern rock and country, and that’s kind of what I do. The guitar solos on that album are great."
What else makes it into Jason’s Top 5? Guns N’ Roses’ Appetite For Destruction, John Anderson 2, 3 Doors Down’s Seventeen Days and Tracy Lawrence’s Sticks And Stones.
