STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Swedish police say American rapper Spliff Star has been arrested on suspicion of drug possession.

A police spokeswoman says Spliff Star - real name William Lewis - was taken into custody early Sunday after performing in Stockholm with Busta Rhymes.

She says police found an unidentified substance in Lewis' hotel room. Concert organizer O&P Worldwide says a drug squad also raided Busta Rhymes' hotel room, but found no drugs.

Lewis was released after leaving a urine sample.

Sweden's drug laws are stricter than in many other European countries. Drug possession is normally punished by a fine or up to six months in jail.
