The Vaselines

The Vaselines the influential Scottish band have announced they will reform to play this year's Tigerfest event in Dunfermline, Scotland.

The band were favourites of Nirvana's Kurt Cobain who covered their tracks, Molly's Lips and Son of a Gun on Incesticide and Jesus Don't Want Me For A Sunbeam on the legendary MTV Unplugged recordings.

The Vaselines will play at Dunfermline's Carnegie Hall on the 16th May, joining Teenage Fanclub's Norman Blake who will play the same day.
