t looks like Lil’ Wayne may be touring with R&B singer Keyshia Cole to support The Carter III when it finally hits stores. According to MTV.com, Weezy initially negotiated with 50 Cent to hit the road with G-Unit later this year. “Um, that one, I don’t think is gonna work no more,” Wayne revealed to MTV about the aborted G-Unit tour. “It was something that ain’t went right. I think I might go out with Keyshia Cole. You’re bringing two different types of people in there. You got people coming to soothe their souls with Keyshia, and you got people who wanna throw their hands up with me.” Cole is also looking forward to touring with Wayne. “I’ma kidnap him and take him on tour with me,” Cole told MTV. “I think it’s a little harder to get him on the stage than it is to get me. We gotta make sure we get together on that.” Wayne and Cole have shared stages before. The two co-headlined BET’s Spring Bling earlier this year.
