Benji Madden has denied that he is set to marry girlfriend Paris Hitlon. The ‘Good Charlotte’ rocker says that he just wants to enjoy his “friendship” and “romance” with the socialite.

“We have a really great friendship, you know, and romance, all of it,” said the 29-year-old singer. “We’re really happy. We’re lucky. We’re just enjoying it, you know?”

Hilton also remained coy about any marriage plans. She would only say they are “very in love.”
