The mother of G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks was involved in a car accident over the weekend.

According to Thisis50.com, the car Banks' mother was traveling in was totaled after being hit head on. The accident left her hospitalized with a chest fracture but it is reported that she is doing well.

Banks is currently gearing up for the release of G-Unit's sophomore disc T.O.S. (Terminate on Sight). As SOHH previously reported the album was recently pushed back to July. It was originally scheduled to drop on June 24^th, along with Los Angeles Times, the the solo album from former G-Unit member/rapper turned rival, The Game.

T.O.S. is slated for a July 1^st release while Los Angeles Times is due out July 8^th.
