CSI star Gary Dourdan is set to be arraigned on drug possession charges May 28. Dourdan was arrested early Monday morning in Palm Springs.

Officers found Dourdan in his car, which was parked on the wrong side of the road. The 41-year-old actor was “disoriented” and may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dourdan was arrested and held in jail before he posted $5,000 bail.
