Country singer Miranda Lambert has been cleared of claims she attacked a fan in a bar.

Aisha Esbay alleged Lambert pushed her during a row in Tyler, Texas, after she asked for an autograph.

But all charges have been dropped. A statement from Smith County Sheriff’s Office reads, "After police spent numerous hours researching the case, Esbay’s claims were found to be completely false."

Esbay has now been arrested and charged with misdemeanor filing a false police report.

She is being held in Smith County Jail.
