According to reports, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden are facing legal problems after running over a paparazzo’s foot in Los Angeles. Sources say the photographer was caught on tape screaming in pain as Madden accidentally drove over his foot while attempting to get away from the paparazzi crowd at Foxtail on Thursday.

Footage of Madden getting out of his car and walking over to the hurt photographer has been posted on TMZ.com. Madden suddenly gets back in the car and drives off.

The paparazzo has reportedly filed a hit and run complaint against Madden and Hilton.

Meanwhile, the socialite recently gushed about her relationship with the ‘Good Charlotte’ rocker saying they were “in love.” She denied that they were planning to tie the knot in a double wedding with her pal Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, Benji’s twin brother and Richie’s boyfriend.
