Atlanta rapper Baby D was arrested in Dayton, Ohio in late March on federal charges of alleged cocaine trafficking.
A rep from the Butler County Sheriff's Office confirmed with BallerStatus.com that the rapper (real name: Donald Jenkins) is currently being held without bond at their Correctional Center, but would not reveal any further information.
At press time, it wasn't known when he is due in court to face the charges.
Baby D is more trouble, however. He currently has three pending assault charges in Tennessee, which he is currently free on bond for. And recently had a warrant for his arrest in Georgia, which has since been dismissed.
In addition to legal trouble, he has an album on the way, via Big Oomp Records / Koch, titled A-Town Secret Weapon.
The album's first single is the DJ Montay (Flo Rida's "Get Low" and UNK's "Walk It Out") produced "I'm Bout Money." It also boasts guest spots from Shawty Lo and Gucci Mane.
It is slated for release April 29.
