Rapper Lil Wayne scores his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week with "Lollipop," which jumps from No. 2 with the help of 183,000 downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Lil Wayne has made 20 appearances on the Hot 100 since 1999, the majority of which have been via collaborations. As a lead artist, his previous best showing was with "Go D.J.," which peaked at No. 14 in November 2004.

The rapper's highly anticipated new album, "Tha Carter III," has shifted released dates on numerous occasions and is now expected June 10 via Universal.

"Lollipop" flips spots with Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love," which falls from No. 1 despite being the fastest growing track at radio. Jordin Sparks' "No Air" featuring Chris Brown holds at No. 3, while Usher's "Love in This Club" featuring Young Jeezy and Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body" hold at Nos. 4 and 5, respectively.

Madonna's "4 Minutes" featuring Justin Timberlake inches up 7-6, trading places with Ray J & Yung Berg's "Sexy Can I." Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" rises 9-8, while Chris Brown's "With You" drops 8-9. Miley Cyrus' "See You Again" moves 11-10, her first top 10 song on the Hot 100.

The chart's fastest growing digital track is John Mayer's "Say," which explodes 35-12 after selling 92,000 downloads. Mayer performed the track on a recent episode of "Dancing With the Stars."

Mariah Carey's "Bye Bye" is the top Hot 100 debut at No. 23 after selling 60,000 downloads. Another Carey song from the No. 1 album "E=MC2," the T-Pain-featuring "Migrate," debuts at No. 92.

"Love in This Club" is No. 1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songsfor a fourth consecutive week, while on Hot Country Songs, George Strait scores his 43rd No. 1 hit with "I Saw God Today." Strait continues to top his own record for most chart-toppers on Hot Country Songs, which he broke in September 2006.

On Billboard's Modern Rock chart, Seether moves 2-1 with "Rise Above This," ending the two-week reign of Puddle Of Mudd's "Psycho." On that tally, Weezer has the top debut at No. 19 with "Pork and Beans," the top entry since the Foo Fighters' "The Pretender" started at No. 16 in August 2007.

3 Doors Down is No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock tally for a second week with "It's Not My Time."
