Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reportedly spent $100,000 throwing a butterfly themed birthday bash for their daughter Suri. Sources say the couple spent $17,000 alone on flowers.

“Suri adores butterflies. It was immediate family and their closest friends only. There were no celebrities invited to the daytime bash,” says a source. “All of the cakes were Italian-wedding flavored, but specifically made without the usual rum. Obviously, they wanted them non-alcoholic since Suri is only two.”

Meanwhile, Holmes and Cruise recently denied that they are having marital problems. A rep for the couple said they enjoy a “loving relationship.”
