Producer Swizz Beatz and singer Mashonda are reportedly calling it quits after four years of marriage.

A rep for the producer didn't get specific details regarding their split, but told Allhiphop.com that their separation was "amicable."

"Their union was one shared in love and deep admiration for one another," a rep told the site. "For the last seven months, the two have been working on establishing a formidable friendship, being great parents to their son, and remaining great supporters of each other's careers. The couple has asked that their privacy be respected at this time."

The pair got married back in 2004, and welcomed their son, Kassem Dean Jr., in 2007.

Despite an inevitable divorce in the future, both plan to stay focused on their respective careers.

Swizzy is currently hard at work on the follow-up to his 2007 solo debut, One Man Band Man, while Mashonda has plans for an upscale swimwear line.
