The Stone Temple Pilots will be performing live at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, New Jersey on Sunday, May 18 at 1:00 pm. Afterwards, the band will move on the Cleveland, Ohio where they will perform at the State Theater at Playhouse Square on May 20.
An American rock band, the Stone Temple Pilots, often abbreviated as STP, is comprised of Scott Weiland (vocals), Robert (bass guitar, vocals) and Dean DeLeo (guitar) and Eric Kretz (drums, percussion). The band formed in 1987 and continued to play until their 2003 breakup. Five years later, the band reunited and is currently touring throughout the US before they begin recording their sixth album in November.
Having sold over 17.5 million albums in the United States and almost 40 million worldwide, STP has had fifteen top ten singles on the Billboard rock charts, six of which were #1’s and one #1 album on the pop charges. The band won a Grammy for the Best Hard Rock Performance in 1994 for their song “Plush” from their album, Core.
