New York Giants’ quarterback Eli Manning married his long time girlfriend at a resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Saturday.
The event proved to be a private affair with about 60 of the couple’s closest friends and family on the invite list.
McGrew's father told people magazine earlier in the week that the event would be strictly “private” with only those close to the couple allowed to attend the wedding.
Among those who attended the event were Eli’s parents, Archie and Olivia Manning, and his older brother, Peyton Manning, of the Indianapolis Colts.
The two exchanged vows while standing on a platform in the sand as waves crashed over rocks behind them.
The two chose to marry at the exclusive resort after vacationing there several times.
Manning, 27, and McGrew, 24, met while attending the University of Mississippi and have been together ever since. The two got engaged last March.
