Teen country star Taylor Swift is feeling "overwhelmed" after she was asked to grace the front cover of Rolling Stone magazine.

The 18-year-old claims her appearance on this month’s Best of Rock issue is better than winning two Country Music Television awards earlier this week.

She says, "Am I dreaming? Somebody pinch me, because I cannot believe what has happened this week!

"To say it’s overwhelming does not even cover it. I was so blown away by such an incredible night at the CMT awards, and then to find out the next day that I’m on the cover of Rolling Stone with Madonna, Bono and Springsteen! No way. I am completely in awe."
