Leonardo DiCaprio is set to have Tyra Banks as a neighbor - the model-turned-talk show host has reportedly bought a bamboo-floored apartment in New York’s trendy energy-efficient Riverhouse building.

Actor DiCaprio bought a luxury pad in the complex last month, according to reports.

Riverhouse, which was built with non-pollutant materials and solar-powered energy, overlooks the Hudson River, and comes with programmable thermostats, a 24-hour fresh-filtered air system, a dog spa, media cafe and rooftop green landscaping.
