Comedian Aries Spears has been handed a 15-day suspended jail sentence, after pleading guilty to molesting a woman during a stand-up show in New York in February.
Spears, who was charged with "forcible touching", appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to the count.
He also admitted to "high-fiving" his female victim in the chest while cracking jokes at the Comix comedy club gig.
Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Pederson told Spears: "You can’t high-five a woman’s breast."
The 33-year-old was sentenced to 15 days behind bars, but the jail term has been suspended for one year - throughout which he must not molest any other women, reports the New York Daily News.
