Sara Evans plans to get married. She'll do it this summer, though she's not sure what date. In fact, she doesn't know much at this point, except what gown she'll wear and who she's marrying - Birmingham sports-radio host Jay Barker.

"I hired a wedding planner, and she's doing it all," Sara told The Tennessean. "That's the way I am. I just give something over to somebody. But I do have my dress."

Sara and Jay plan to keep homes in the Nashville and Birmingham areas, meaning they'll "be burning up I-65."

And Sara will once again be sharing the spotlight with a public figure. Her previous husband, Craig Schelske, was a politician. Jay was once the quarterback of the University of Alabama football team. As a result, she's not always the most important person in the relationship when they dine out.

"Seriously," she said, "we go anywhere in Birmingham and people die over him."
