Heather Mills was turning heads and receiving attention for all the wrong reasons, including her cleavage, when she appeared as a judge for the Miss USA Pageant this weekend. As one of 10 judges, Mills' plunging green velvet dress drew attention to a rather uneven bust line and the former wife of Beatle Paul McCartney was booed by the audience when she was introduced. While walking the red carpet prior to the competition, the former model's cleavage seemed to draw attention and would not have helped Mills win any awards for fabulous or even cleavage. The low point of the evening, however, came when the 39-year-old former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant was booed when the panel of judges was introduced. The pageant took place at the Planet Hollywood hotel and was hosted by Donny and Marie Osmond. Mills seemed upset by the audience's reaction during the live show. It was her first major public appearance since her much publicized divorce from McCartney. Mills has previously said McCartney would not allow her to move to America with their 4-year-old daughter Beatrice, however, during the evening she said she had hopes of moving to Los Angeles. "In England, people don't like me. But I'm going to move to America, Los Angeles hopefully. I love England but everything that has happened makes me realize I'll be better off in the States," Mills said. Mills was also spotted talking with famed Hollywood publicist Elliot Mintz at the show's after party. His clients include Paris Hilton, which fueled speculation that Mills may be planning to try and improve her image in the United States. Despite the negative reaction from the audience, Mills said she enjoyed being a judge and it was a great contest. "If there was some negative reaction, what can you do? There will always be some people like that." According to the Daily Mail, a spokesman for the Miss USA pageant refused to comment on the booing but said, "We were pleased to have Heather participate in our panel."
