Busta Rhymes is currently gearing up for the release of his eight solo album titled Blessed via Aftermath /Interscope Records.

Busta will be shooting the video for the album’s first single called “We Made It" in Los Angeles today (April 15) with rock group Linkin Park.

The clip, which will be helmed by Chris Robinson, will hit music video outlets late May.

“ It ain't just about the 'hood, it ain't just about the suburbs, it's about everybody,” Busta said about his collaboration with Linkin Park via a statement. “ This is one of those songs that can't be described better than touching the souls of the common people.”

Blessed, which hits stores on June 17, will feature appearances from Mary J. Blige, Jamie Fox , Common, Akon ,T.I and  T-Pain. Production on the set is supplied by Sean C and LV, Cool & Dre, Pharrell and DJ Scratch, among others
