So get this -- Sly Stallone has been taken to a courtroom where he is a prospective juror in a wrongful termination lawsuit.

Sly, who was walking the halls outside the jury assembly room wearing aviator sunglasses, is sitting in the peanut gallery of the courtroom. Earlier this AM, he was pacing the hallway, on the cellphone talking loudly about some real estate deal.

Will Sly make the cut?
