Jim Carrey's animated movie Horton Hears A Who! continues to draw a crowd at the top of the international box office.

The family cartoon, in which Carrey voices an elephant, is the world's most popular movie outside the U.S. for a third week after taking $10.6 million over the weekend.

Gambling movie 21 is a new entry at two with $8.1 million, while French film Bienvenue Chez Les Ch'tis drops a place to three with $6.5 million.
