Singer Moby has admitted that he is in love with troubled pop star Britney Spears.

“The fatter she gets, the weirder she gets, the more I love her. I found her moderately appealing in the late 90’s, but now I would marry her in a heartbeat!” he said.

Mody added that many of Spears’ problems stem from her childhood. “She became an international icon aged 16…it’s breaking my heart because ultimately she’s not doing things on a symbolic level,” he said. “Cutting your hair off is symbolic. Losing your children and becoming a drug addict is not.”

Spears was previously married to Kevin Federline. They have two children. The 26-year-old lost custody of her sons following her erratic behavior that included shaving her head.

Spears’ father Jamie Spears is currently co-conservator of her estate. Since is conservatorship and authority over his daughter was extended until July, Spears has regained visitation rights with her sons and began concentrating on boosting her career.
