Actor Johnny Depp has denied a report he's been offered $10 million to become the face of American condom giant Trojan.

It was recently claimed Trojan bosses wanted the Pirates Of The Caribbean star to front an anti-AIDS campaign to send free condoms to less economically developed countries.

But Depp's representative says, "There's no truth to this."
