They're definitely on.
Kate Middleton cheered on Prince William as he received his "wings" at England's Royal Air Force graduation ceremony on Friday.
Prince Charles — Britain's Air Chief Marshall — presented him with the honor at RAF Cranwell's College Hall in Lincolnshire. "They smiled at each other and shook hands," an onlooker told Usmagazine.com
Prince William, who trained for three months, is now the fourth successive generation of the monarchy to be an RAF pilot.
"William was very good," his commander told the AP. "I was very impressed by his flying skills. He had a natural handling ability and he was very quick to learn."
Prince Charles' wife Camilla was also at the event, but Prince Harry, who recently returned from military service in Afghanistan, is still on holiday with girlfriend Chelsy Davy.
