Halle Berry is preparing to pose for the first pictures with her daughter Nahla. Sources say the 40-year-old first time mom wants to shed her baby weight before the pictures are taken.

“She’s thrilled to start exercising again,” says an insider. “Halle loves being a mom. She is so happy.”

Berry gave birth to her and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry’s daughter on March 16.
