GAC viewers had the opportunity yesterday to witness the world premiere of Josh Turner's latest video, for his single "Another Try," which features vocals by Trisha Yearwood. The piece kicks off with Josh in an extremely scenic shot on the Natchez Trace Bridge in Franklin, Tennessee.
See Also:One of the lines in the song, "If the hands of time could just move in reverse," inspired by the video, proved a bit of a challenge for Josh. "This video was very different for me in that it was more about acting out the lyrical content of the song," he explains. "The cool thing is that by using special effects, we started at the end of the story and went in reverse." Josh's acting, however, is moving forward. He just landed his first role, playing gospel singer George Beverly Shea in the upcoming Billy Graham biopic Billy: The Early Years. Also working on his acting at the moment is Trace Adkins. Currently in the midst of filming the movie An American Carol for release later this year, Trace will shoot a guest role on the CBS soap opera "The Young And The Restless" today. The episode is slated to air May 2.
