Heavy metal rock legend Ozzy Osbourne will be wrapping up a run of shows with a stop in Mexico City where he will play the Foro Sol on April 8.

Ozzy was in Santiago, Chile on April 1 and then hit Rio de Janeiro on April 3 and will be in Sao Paulo on April 5 before the trek to Mexico City.

Osbourne gained fame as the frontman for Black Sabbath and in recent years has enjoyed pop culture icon status from the reality series “The Osbournes” which debuted in 2002 on MTV and continued through 2005.

After a falling out with Black Sabbath in 1979, Osbourne reunited with the band in 1997 and has since shared the stage with his original band mates on several occasions. Black Sabbath was inducted into the UK Hall of Fame in 2005.

Osbourne’s latest album, Black Rain, was released in May 2007 and debuted at #3 on the U.S. Billboard 200.
