The biggest musical awards in Latin Music are set to make Houston its new home. 11 News confirmed through multiple sources Thursday that the Latin Grammy Awards will be held in Houston later this year.

The official announcement is expected next week. The Latin Grammys have previously been held in Los Angeles, New York and Miami.

Last year the awards show was held in Las Vegas.
