The death of Anna Nicole Smith’s 20-year-old son has been ruled an accidental drug overdose. Daniel Smith was died September 10, 2006 after traveling to the Bahamas to welcome his newborn sister Dannielynn. He died of a lethal overdose of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro. No criminal charges will be filed in his death. A jury panel of 7 made the recommendation Monday after deliberating for less than 2 hours.
