D12 rapper Kon Artis has attempted to distance his group from the sexual assault allegations levied against their manager Jeremy Geffen, by insisting they "know nothing" about his life outside the band. Geffen, who was arrested on March 13, stands accused of 14 felony counts including rape using drugs, possession of cocaine and providing cocaine to a minor - as well as two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse. The crimes are alleged to have taken place at a number of Hollywood nightclubs and Geffen’s home between 2006 and 2007. And Kon Artis - also known as producer Mr. Porter - wants to make clear the Purple Hills hitmakers are not connected to the alleged crimes. He says, "One thing I have to say in regards to this situation with our manager is that in no way, shape form or fashion do these actions have anything to do with D12. "We have nothing to do with his personal life; personally I don’t know anything about his life outside of him being our manager." However, Kon Artis has wished Geffen well: "I hope that everything works out okay for him, and I hope it is a case that things got mixed up… I hope fans don’t take things the wrong way as we really don’t know much about the situation." Geffen, 35, is currently being held on bail of $2 million and faces up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted. Related Videos:
