50 Cent And Ludacris

Attorneys representing 50 Cent and Ludacris have reportedly filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against a Spokane, Washington restaurant for using the rappers music without permission.

According to KREM 2 News, the restaurant called The Flame is being accused of letting cover bands perform tracks by 50 Cent and Ludacris during business hours without permission.

The suit claims that restaurant has ignored previous letters from American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

“This is the first that we've heard about this lawsuit,” a manager for The Flame told KREM 2 News.  “We won't comment on it until we've had a chance to review it.”

The lawsuit is seeking no more than $30,000 and nor less than $750,000 from the eatery.
