A Valentine's Day hospital visit by the Hogan family did not seem genuine for the family of John Graziano – who has been hospitalized since a car crash in August – and his family is suing Hulk Hogan and estranged wife Linda for their liability in the accident.
Graziano, 23, was in Nick Hogan's passenger seat when their speeding car crashed into a palm tree in Clearwater, FL. Graziano has been in semiconscious state and will require care for the rest of his life, his lawyers maintain.
The Graziano family filed suit on Monday claiming Hulk and Linda were liable for their 17-year-old son's actions.
Regarding the Valentine's Day visit, Graziano attorney Kimberley Kohn told the St. Petersburg Times, "We believe it was a total [public relations] stunt."
The Hogans – Terry ("Hulk"), Linda, Brooke and Nick Bollea – visited with gifts – and photographers.
Their attorney, "Sandy" Weinberg Jr. responded, "The Bollea family has been visiting John for the last seven or eight months, and there's been no PR about it whatsoever. It's a bunch of nonsense to suggest their visits to John are a PR stunt. That's crazy."
