A woman who claims she was injured when she went to Oprah Winfrey’s talk show in Chicago is suing the talk show host’s production company, Harpo Studios.

Orit Greenberg has filed a lawsuit seeking $50,000 in damages on allegations that she suffered “severe and permanent injuries” when she was pushed down a flight of stairs by the crowd at Oprah’s show.

Greenberg blames Harpo Studios for not controlling the crowd.
