A guy who has allegedly been stalking Tyra Banks for weeks was finally busted last week – but was promptly let right back onto the streets after just one day.

According to the New York Post, Brady Green was popped last Tuesday after hounding Tyra with letters and phone calls since January. He sent her flowers and showed up in person at her L.A. studio. Then, just last week, Green turned up at her NYC studio with a scary bag full of magazine clippings and weird notes about his attempts to reach Tyra.

That's when the guy was nabbed by cops – but he was released without bail the next day, and is roaming free. Banks did get an order of protection.
