Lady Antebellum hasn't even released its first album, yet the group is already creating quite a stir in country music. The trio's debut single, "Love Don't Live Here," is in the Top 20 in the Country Aircheck country singles chart and on GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, and they're nominated for Top New Duo or Vocal Group in the "43rd annual Academy of Country Music Awards."

The act consists of Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott, who met on the Nashville club scene and got signed by Capitol Records within just a few months of their formation. But that quick ascent came only after all three members had spent years working on their musical craft. Dave and Charles were rivals in high-school bands, and they were so intent on making it in the music business that they relocated to Nashville and lived a pauper's existence to hone their abilities. "We moved in with my brother [Josh] whether he wanted us or not," Charles says. "We crashed his house, moved in and immersed ourselves in songwriting." Introducing... tells Lady A's story in detail, following them into the studio, on a video shoot, at the Grand Ole Opry and on the road with Martina McBride. It's the second installment in the monthly Introducing... series. Last month's inaugural edition showcased newcomer Luke Bryan.
