Christian Bale told Entertainment Weekly that co-star and late actor Heath Ledger was a "joy" to work with for the soon to be released Batman movie, "Dark Knight." Ledger played the Joker, the character opposite of Bale's superhero character, Batman. Bale told Entertainment Weekly, "You know, I don't like kind of trivializing the tragedy in conjunction with an interview to do with the movie, which is clearly far less important. But Heath was a joy. He really was like that, because he was a very unique man. I enjoyed watching him work, working with him." Warner Bros. showed a presentation recently with clips from the film where Bale added, "It gave me goose bumps throughout, looking at Heath up there. And I just hope that this can celebrate him, celebrate his work." The movie hits theaters July 18. Related Videos:
