President George W. Bush announced Wednesday that his daughter Jenna's wedding to Henry Hager will take place on May 10. "I had to face some very difficult spending decisions and I've had to conduct sensitive diplomacy," Bush said Wednesday. "That's called planning for a wedding." Bush's joke received some laughs by his audience at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Jenna and her fiancee, Henry Hager, have decided to have their wedding at her parents' ranch in Crawford, Texas, rather than at the White House. The White House has refused to release any details, such as the setting on the ranch, who has been invited and how many people will attend. Bush made fun of his future son-in-law's marriage proposal, while stopping by for an event on malaria at the residence of the Kuwait ambassador. "So the guy comes to see me and he says, `I want to marry your daughter,'" Bush said. Bush said he replied, "Done deal." Bush's wife, Laura, told the "The Early Show" on CBS that the president likes Hager. "He's finally going to be the son that George never had," Mrs. Bush said. Jenna has a twin sister, Barbara.
