Rapper Bow Wow plans to celebrate his 21st birthday in style this weekend by hosting a party in Las Vegas. The Girlfriend hitmaker - real name Shad Moss - will take over Jet Nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino on Saturday. Guests will include T-Pain, Swizz Beatz and Pussycat Dolls star Melody Thornton.
