Former "American Idol" contestant Danny Noriega, who narrowly missed getting in the top 12, posted a YouTube video Monday that thanked his fans and talk show host Rosie O'Donnell. It was announced earlier that the video had been pulled from the YouTube site, but the clip does continue to air.
The clip shows the attitude-filled Noriega, who lept to fame during his "American Idol" run, talking and thanking his fans.
In the clip, Noriega thanked his fans which he called "Danimals," "Danny's Fannies" and "Danny Lions." He added that the support from his fans made him feel good.
The 18-year-old went on to say that when he is in a sad mood he goes to his MySpace and reads his fan mail. In the clip he promised to answer every fan email, even it takes him 10 years.
Noriega also thanked O'Donnell for the "amazing opportunity" to go on a free cruise to Mexico on O'Donnell's R Family Vacations. He did not say whether he had accepted the offer for the cruise.
