Lisa Marie Presley is reportedly planning to sue over comments about her gaining weight like her late father Elvis Presley. Presley’s lawyer Simon Smith said she is suing over reports claiming that she is “growing like her dad” and that she has an “unhealthy appetite.”

“It’s like, ‘she’s gonna die like her father,’ ‘her and her mom are in a fight because of her weight’ – that’s not true at all. It’s just awful stuff,” added Presley’s spokeswoman.

Presley recently announced that she is pregnant with her third child. She released a statement saying she was forced to share the news to stop the “vicious remarks” about her weight.

This will be her first child with her husband Michael Lockwood. Presley, 40, has two children from her previous marriage to Danny Keough.
