Paris Hilton went public with her latest romance on Tuesday night when she was spotted at Linkin Park’s Los Angeles concert with Good Charlotte star Benji Madden.

The couple was caught in an elevator at the Staples Center by a staff member of gig promoters Star 98.7 - and they allowed him to briefly interview them on his video camera.

They initially refused to be interviewed together but Hilton joined in the chat with Madden, after the cameraman asked her if Linkin Park are her favourite band.

She chuckled, "No, I love Good Charlotte." Hilton’s best friend Nicole Richie has just had a child with Madden’s twin brother and Good Charlotte bandmate Joel.

The socialite has even been spotted wearing a ‘B’ pendant on a chain around her neck - to honor her new romance.
