The Palms Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada recently opened the tower doors to the Palms Place and its first luxury condo residents, reports the Las Vegas Business Press.
Among the buyers of some of these suites include Eminem, wrestler Hulk Hogan, and singer Jessica Simpson.
The local paper said that the first residents of Palms Place were scheduled to move into their luxury condos last week.
The Palms Place is a 599-unit tower that boasts a mix of 600-square-foot studio units and 1,200-square-foot one-bedroom suites, while the more exclusive clients own penthouses -- 21 in all -- on the top four floors.
The condos are non-gaming towers, and include amenities, such as restaurants and the spa, which will open during the next few months.
