According to reports, Prince William may be deployed to a battle zone on a warship. Sources say the prince is set to join the Royal Navy after he is through with his training for the Royal Air Force. His younger brother Prince Harry recently returned to the U.K. after fighting for two months in Afghanistan.

 

Harry was deployed on Christmas Eve of last year. His mission was kept secret for security reasons. After news broke that Harry was fighting in Afghanistan, he was pulled out as his safety was compromised.

 

Meanwhile, Prince William is planning a romantic skiing trip with his longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton putting rumors to rest that their relationship was on the rocks. A source denies that the couple is ready to call it quits. “The rumors that they are on the rocks are rubbish,” said an insider.
